I have been painting for twenty years. It all started when I met a wonderful artist Doris Cooke. I told her that when I was a child all I wanted to do was draw. She asked if I would like to join her once a week for art lessons and I quickly accepted. We started with acrylics and my first painting turned out beautiful. I was hooked!

Since then I have taken many other art courses in watercolor, figure drawing and acrylic. I get inspiration from books, nature and some just come to me out of my experiences such as dreams. I love the sky, the outdoors, flowers and lots of color.

I live in Medford with my husband Ken, a dog and two cats. I have two children and seven grandchildren. The grandchildren love to paint with me whenever we can. I strive to teach them how to be artist and beautiful people.
